Qualification: ·Pursuing or recently completed a Degree/Diploma in Visual Communication, Media Studies, Digital Media, Film Making, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related discipline. Freshers and final-year students are encouraged to apply.

Salary Details : ₹6,000 – ₹9,000 stipend per month
Key Responsibilities
· Capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) content featuring the Founder, team, products, events, and day-to-day business activities.
· Shoot high-quality short-form videos using smartphones and cameras for social media platforms.
· Assist in planning and executing content calendars for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
· Edit videos by adding transitions, captions, music, and motion graphics to create engaging content.
· Coordinate with the Marketing team during product launches, campaigns, photoshoots, and promotional activities.
· Organize and maintain raw footage and digital media assets.
· Stay updated with the latest social media trends and recommend creative content ideas.
· Ensure timely delivery of content while maintaining brand guidelines and visual consistency.
Required Skills
· Good understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
· Comfortable shooting high-quality videos using smartphones and DSLR/Mirrorless cameras.
· Basic knowledge of lighting, framing, composition, and storytelling.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
· Strong creativity and willingness to learn.
Technical Skills (Preferred)
· Basic knowledge of professional video editing software:
o Adobe Premiere Pro
o Adobe After Effects (Basic)
o DaVinci Resolve
o Final Cut Pro (Optional)
· Basic knowledge of design software:
o Adobe Photoshop
o Adobe Illustrator
o Canva
· Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
