Job Title: Recruiter/Consultant – IT & EPC
Location: Kharadi, Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for IT and EPC roles using various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, references, etc.)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure.
- Understand client requirements and deliver profiles aligned to job specifications.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients for feedback
- Ensure adherence to TAT, quality metrics, and client SLAs
- Maintain accurate trackers, reports, and candidate databases
- Build strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience
Key Requirements:
Minimum Graduate with 2–4 years of recruitment experience (IT and/or EPC hiring preferred)
Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
