We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and help enhance our online presence, generate quality leads, and drive business growth through effective digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Generate high-quality leads through digital marketing initiatives and performance campaigns.
- Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email marketing, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and sales teams to execute marketing strategies effectively.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of content marketing and copywriting.
- Familiarity with keyword research tools and SEO optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, or Digital Marketing.
- Experience in IT, Software, Education, or Service-Based Industries.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Basic understanding of website management and WordPress.
- Experience with lead generation and marketing automation tools.
