Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and responsible Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of the property. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, civil, and general maintenance works within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance activities across the property.
- Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, generator, and water systems.
- Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities.
- Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance efficiently.
- Coordinate with vendors and external technicians when required.
- Maintain records of maintenance works, tools, and materials.
- Monitor and reduce maintenance downtime.
- Ensure safety standards and operational SOPs are followed.
- Support operations during guest requirements and emergency situations.
- Guide and manage maintenance staff effectively.
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in maintenance operations.
- Experience in hotel/resort maintenance preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, civil, and general maintenance.
- Good leadership and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
