We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Professional Services Engineer to join our NICE Actimize Professional Services team. This is a customer-facing role focused on delivering and implementing financial crime prevention solutions for leading global financial institutions.
You will play a key role in configuring, customizing, and deploying Actimize solutions across domains such as AML, Fraud Prevention, and Trading Compliance. You are someone who enjoys working on complex enterprise applications, understands backend systems, and thrives in solving customer challenges.

- Develop, configure, and customize Actimize solutions based on design specifications
- Participate in end-to-end implementation lifecycle including requirement analysis, design, build, and deployment
- Work closely with Architects, Business Analysts, and cross-functional global teams
- Interface with customers to understand business requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Implement and configure new applications and set up environments
- Deploy solutions and support production issues, including troubleshooting functional problems
- Collaborate with R&D, Professional Services, and Support teams
- Build tools and utilities to improve engineering productivity and delivery efficiency
- Ensure adherence to enterprise software standards and best practices
- Work independently on complex tasks with high attention to detail
- Support customers across different time zones and occasionally work on-site
- 5–7 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in enterprise application development / implementation
- Hands-on experience with SQL, PostgreSQL / MS SQL Server and large datasets
- Strong understanding of application architecture and workflows
- Experience working in complex database environments
- Exposure to Unix/Linux environments and command-line operations
- Familiarity with AWS ecosystem (EC2, S3) and cloud-based deployments
- Knowledge or exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized environments
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills
- Understanding of secure coding, scalability, and multi-user systems
- Experience working in Agile / Waterfall models in a matrix organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently
- Experience with Actimize product development / configuration
- Background in Professional Services / Implementation roles
- Exposure to Financial Services / Compliance / AML / Fraud domains
- Experience working in global delivery environments
- Awareness and practical usage of AI tools for productivity improvement
