Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and technically sound Sales Engineer / Sales Manager – Project Sales to manage sales and business development activities in the Power Industry, Ash Handling, and FGD (Flue Gas Desulfurization) projects.
The candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities with EPC companies, consultants, and end customers, managing project sales cycles, providing technical solutions, and driving business growth.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in EPC project sales, technical sales, industrial equipment, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Power Industry projects, Ash Handling, and FGD applications.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with EPC companies, consultants, and end customers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to order finalization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the power sector.
- Provide pre-sales technical support and product education to customers.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrate product applications and suitability.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and technical experts for proposal preparation, technical clarifications, and negotiations.
- Handle tendering activities and commercial discussions including Incoterms and general terms & conditions.
- Prepare sales reports, project updates, and market intelligence reports.
- Participate in customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
Product Knowledge / Exposure Required
Experience or knowledge in the following products will be preferred:
- Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps
- HCSD / PD Pumps
- Centrifugal Pumps
- Centrifugal Slurry Pumps
- Oxidation Blowers
- Vacuum Belt Filters
- Agitators

Required Experience
- 7–15 years of experience in Project Sales / EPC Sales / Technical Sales.
- Experience in Power Industry, Ash Handling Systems, FGD Projects, Pumps, or Process Equipment.
- Strong understanding of EPC project execution and sales cycles.
- Experience working with EPC companies, consultants, and project stakeholders.
