Full Stack Engineer (Java + React) – AI-Assisted Development
About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in Java and React to build and deliver scalable web applications.
This role focuses on AI-assisted development, where tools such as OpenAI Codex and Claude are used to accelerate development, improve productivity, and enhance code quality.
You will be responsible for building end-to-end features across backend and frontend systems, with a strong emphasis on ownership and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Build responsive and efficient user interfaces using React
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend systems
- Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development, debugging, and testing
- Take ownership of features from development through deployment
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code
- Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver functional solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the application stack
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in full stack development
- Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot
- Hands-on experience with React (hooks, component-based architecture)
- Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript
- Experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Good understanding of REST APIs and system design fundamentals
- Experience using AI coding tools (Codex, Claude, Copilot, or similar) in development workflows
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with modern frontend tooling and build systems
- Experience writing unit and integration tests
- Exposure to AI/LLM-based features or integrations
