*Job Description:*
We are looking for an experienced *Site Engineer* with a background in *solar energy projects. The ideal candidate should be skilled in **site supervision, installation, and project execution* within the solar industry (solar Rooftop and Ground mounted Project).
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Site Supervision: Oversee the installation and commissioning of solar projects, ensuring work is executed as per design and quality standards.
2. Project Execution: Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of solar plant installations.
3. Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, industry regulations, and project specifications.
4. Coordination & Communication: Work closely with project managers, contractors, and technicians to ensure timely project completion.
5. Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify and resolve technical issues during installation and operation.
6. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of project progress, inspections, and site activities.
*Requirements:*
- Must have completed Diploma or B.E. in Electrical Engineering
- 1-2 years of experience in solar plant/site execution.- Solar Rooftop Project
- Strong knowledge of *solar PV systems, electrical layouts, and safety procedures*.
- Ability to manage on-site teams and work under deadlines.
