Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Accounts & Finance operations.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, PF, ESI, FEMA, DGFT, and other statutory requirements.
- Handle import-related financial and statutory compliances, including coordination with CHA, freight forwarders, banks, and customs authorities.
- Monitor import documentation, duty payments, BOE reconciliation, and foreign remittances (LC/TT) in compliance with RBI/FEMA guidelines.
- Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements, and management reports.
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, working capital, and fund planning.
- Coordinate with statutory, internal, tax, and cost auditors.
- Review product costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing cost analysis.
- Ensure timely month-end/year-end book closure and financial reporting.
- Supervise and guide the Accounts team.
- Develop and strengthen financial controls, SOPs, and compliance processes.
- Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure proper accounting and compliance in SAP/ERP.
Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 4-6 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC, Companies Act, FEMA, DGFT, and import/export compliances.
- Experience in handling imports, customs documentation, foreign remittances, and banking procedures.
- Hands-on experience in costing, inventory accounting, audits, and MIS reporting.
- Proficiency in SAP/ERP and Advanced MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and team management skills.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
