About the Role
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-focused Social Media Manager to build and grow our brand presence across social media platforms. You will be responsible for planning content, managing social media calendars, increasing audience engagement, collaborating with creators, and driving organic brand growth.
The ideal candidate understands social media trends, storytelling, community building, and analytics, while also leveraging AI tools to improve content creation and workflow efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Create monthly content calendars for all social media platforms.
- Build brand awareness, engagement, and community through consistent content.
- Identify new opportunities, trends, and content formats to increase reach and engagement.
Content Planning & Management
- Plan and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
- Write compelling captions, headlines, and content copy that align with the brand voice.
- Coordinate with the Graphic Designer and Video Editor to produce engaging visual content.
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns, launches, and seasonal promotions.
Community Management
- Manage comments, messages, and customer interactions across social media channels.
- Build and nurture an active online community.
- Monitor customer feedback and coordinate with relevant teams for issue resolution.
- Encourage user-generated content (UGC) and customer engagement.
Influencer & Creator Collaboration
- Identify and coordinate with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
- Manage outreach, collaborations, content approvals, and campaign execution.
- Track influencer performance and campaign outcomes.
AI-Assisted Content Creation
- Use AI tools to assist with content ideation, caption writing, script generation, image enhancement, and video concepts.
- Leverage AI to create content variations and improve productivity.
- Stay updated with emerging AI tools and social media trends to enhance content quality and efficiency.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track key social media metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Analyze competitor activity and recommend strategies to improve performance.
- Continuously optimize content based on audience insights and platform analytics.
Brand Management
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all social media channels.
- Support product launches, campaigns, and marketing initiatives with creative social media content.
- Maintain a content library and organize creative assets.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging social media platforms.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Experience with content planning and social media scheduling tools.
- Good understanding of visual content, branding, and social media design principles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate insights into action.
- Knowledge of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with D2C or e-commerce brands.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, and basic photo/video editing tools.
- Experience with influencer marketing and UGC campaigns.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Runway, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and content boosting strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience managing social media for brands.
- Experience in lifestyle, wellness, beauty, gifting, or consumer brands is preferred.
