Training Content & Video Editing Intern

About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and creative interns to support our Learning & Development team in building engaging training content for our upcoming LMS launch. The role involves video recording, editing, content adaptation and creating learner-friendly training modules that improve the overall learning experience. This opportunity is ideal for candidates interested in content creation, video production, training operations and digital learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record training and process videos for LMS learning modules
- Edit videos for training content, SOPs, and process explainers
- Translate and adapt training content in Hindi and English for better accessibility.
- Ensure final videos are engaging, learner-friendly, and aligned with training standards for the target audience.
- Bengali or Kannada language understanding would be an added advantage for regional content support
Skills & Requirements:
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in any field
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic knowledge of Canva and any video editing software
- Familiarity with tools such as Clipchamp, Google Videos or similar editing platforms
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and AI technologies
Preferred / Added Advantage
- Knowledge of Bengali or Kannada for regional content support
- Experience creating reels, short-form videos, or educational content
- Familiarity with LMS platforms or e-learning content creation
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
