Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE)
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) with 6 months to 2 years of experience to drive business growth, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to identify and convert business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Engage with prospective clients through calls, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline; MBA is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving results.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business activities when required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
