Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and growth-oriented Marketing Head to lead our international marketing initiatives and drive overall business expansion. This role will focus on strengthening global presence, identifying new market opportunities, and accelerating revenue growth across regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute international marketing strategies to expand global footprint and strengthen distributor networks
- Drive business growth initiatives, including new market entry, client acquisition, and revenue generation
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across domestic and international markets
- Build and manage strong relationships with global distributors, partners, and key clients
- Develop and implement brand positioning strategies in international markets
- Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, and performance campaigns
- Utilize AI-driven tools and analytics for market insights, demand forecasting, and campaign optimization
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competition, and customer requirements
- Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives
- Plan and execute international trade shows, exhibitions, and B2B events
- Develop pricing and promotional strategies to maximize profitability
- Monitor marketing performance, KPIs, and ROI
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in international marketing, preferably in the automobile or spare parts industry
- Strong ability to drive business growth and revenue expansion
- Understanding of engine spare parts and technical products
- Experience with AI-based marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills
- Leadership experience with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Data-driven and analytical mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing, International Business, or related field
- Experience working with global distributors and export markets
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Exposure to B2B and industrial marketing
