We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process for our Data Science and Data Analytics programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling students, addressing their queries, and helping them choose the right career-oriented course based on their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, video calls, and walk-ins.
- Understand students' educational background, career aspirations, and learning requirements.
- Explain course details, curriculum, certifications, placement assistance, fees, and batch schedules.
- Handle inquiries generated through digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with leads regularly to maximize admissions and conversions.
- Guide students through the complete admission and enrollment process.
- Maintain and update lead records in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
- Participate in seminars, webinars, career counselling sessions, and educational events.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong counselling, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand student needs and provide suitable course recommendations.
- Basic understanding of Data Science, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and related career opportunities (training will be provided).
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
