Job Summary
We are looking for a result-driven HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end hiring for our growing team. The role involves hiring for international voice/non-voice processes (night shift) and recruitment for IT positions.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates quickly, especially for high-volume hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Manage bulk hiring for International BPO (US/UK process – Night Shift)
- Source candidates from Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and schedule further rounds
- Coordinate with hiring managers for IT roles (Developers, Support, QA, etc.)
- Maintain candidate database and follow-ups
- Achieve weekly/monthly hiring targets
- Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) for open positions
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in recruitment / HR hiring
- Experience in International BPO hiring (Voice/Non-Voice) is a MUST
- Exposure to IT recruitment (basic understanding is enough)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to handle bulk hiring pressure
- Familiarity with job portals like Indeed, Naukri, etc.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in hiring for US/UK shift processes
- Candidate from HR, BPO Hiring or consultancy background
- Immediate joiner preferred
