Job Description
CodeBrucke Academy is hiring a CRM Executive (Fresher) to join our team. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals with excellent communication skills who are eager to build a career in customer relationship management and admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Maintain and update customer details in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams.
- Address customer queries and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Meet daily and monthly follow-up and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
