Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and develop new B2B customers, OEMs, and industrial end-users for our component business.
Field Sales: Conduct regular site visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations to understand customer requirements and pitch technical solutions.
Product Promotion: Drive sales for industrial products including pumps, valves, fittings, and field instrumentation (e.g., pressure gauges, flow meters).
Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Lifecycle Management: Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation, technical query handling, and quotation submission to negotiation and final order closure.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather feedback to help refine sales strategies.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
Educational Background:
Diploma in Engineering: Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Chemical Engineering (1-2) years expereince
OR
B.Sc. Graduate: Physics, Mathematics, or Chemistry (2 years expereince) Other Graduates with 5 years of experience in Industrial selling of instrumentation and pump products for chemical and industrial sector.
Experience & Skills Required:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in field sales of industrial products.
Prior experience selling Pumps, Valves, Fittings, or Field Instrumentation (Pressure Gauges, Flow Meters, etc.) is highly preferred.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand engineering components and client applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Must be self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable traveling extensively for field sales.
