ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Associate to engage prospects, qualifying
leads, and closing the leads. This role is ideal for someone who’s persuasive, organized,
and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, payments, deliveries, or services
- Proactively contact prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and CRM tools
- Qualify inbound leads and generate outbound opportunities
- Present products/services clearly and confidently to customer needs
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Manage the leads pipeline and track activity in the CRM
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
- Handle objections and negotiate pricing within guidelines
- Follow up on quotes, proposals, and customer inquiries
KEY REQUIREMENT
- 1-2 years of work experience into tele sales background specially in a startup environment
- Should have done graduation or has completed senior secondary education or 12th standard.
- Exposure to basic excel commands – Filter, creating tabs etc
- Startup or high-growth environment experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
