This role supports Deloitte’s Business Recruiting Coordination (BRC) team within Talent Operations and is focused on leading recruiting coordination activities in a high-volume environment. The Specialist Assistant Manager, Talent process and Business support management will oversee coordinator performance, support stakeholder management, and help drive process consistency across recruiting operations. This role also contributes to reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives that support the end-to-end candidate experience.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Talent process and Business support management on the BRC team, you will be responsible for leading recruiting coordination operations and supporting delivery across high-volume hiring activity.
- Lead a team of Recruiting Coordinators and Coordination Support Specialists and support workload allocation across the team
- Manage team performance through regular feedback, career development discussions, coaching, and performance reviews
- Monitor metrics, scorecards, and service level agreement adherence and support process compliance across experienced hire recruiting activities
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to support interview process execution, business requirements, and reporting needs
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, special projects, and other recruiting coordination activities aligned with team priorities
The team
At Deloitte, our BRC team is part of the Talent Acquisition under Talent Operations group. It provides support to the lateral & campus hiring across all functions of the US offices and work hand in hand with our stakeholders in managing end-to-end activities for a candidate from interview to on-boarding.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST or 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 6-7 years of experience in recruiting or recruiting coordination
- Experience leading recruiting coordination teams in a high-volume environment
- Experience managing stakeholder interactions across recruiters, hiring managers, and business teams
- Experience monitoring metrics, scorecards, and service level agreement adherence
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Experience using applicant tracking systems or recruiting technology platforms
Preferred:
- Experience working with large multinational organizations
- 2-3 years of people management experience
- Experience using applicant tracking systems such as Avature, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or SuccessFactors
- Experience supporting recruiting processes across multiple business functions
