Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and handle leads through calls, references, and digital platforms
- Attend walk-in clients and understand their requirements
- Conduct site visits and property presentations
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into bookings
- Handle client negotiations and objections
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing
For Experienced Candidates (2–5 Years):
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
- Proven experience in real estate / direct sales
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of Pune real estate market preferred
- Own vehicle (bike) required for client visits and site travel
