We are looking for an experienced SAP PM Consultant to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance processes and hands-on experience in implementation, support, and optimization of PM modules.

Configure and implement SAP PM module based on business requirements

Work on end-to-end Plant Maintenance processes including:

Equipment & Functional Location Management
-
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
-
Work Order Management
-
Breakdown Maintenance
-
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
-
Perform system configuration, testing, and documentation
-
Support integration with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and FI
-
Provide L2/L3 support and resolve production issues

Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and work with technical teams

Conduct user training and support UAT activities

Strong experience in SAP PM configuration and support

Good understanding of maintenance processes and asset lifecycle management

Experience in at least 1–2 SAP implementations or support projects

Knowledge of integration with SAP MM (Material Management)

Ability to write functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP team

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and stakeholder management skills
