We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Medical Representative to promote and generate demand for the medical products of an international brand among doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and expanding the company's market presence within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote company products to doctors, specialists, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular field visits to healthcare institutions as per the daily call plan.
- Generate prescriptions and create demand for the company's products.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and territory objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
- Organize and participate in CMEs, medical camps, conferences, and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
- Ensure product availability through coordination with distributors, stockists, and retailers.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales reports.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand product reach within the assigned territory.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or any relevant discipline.
- Candidates with at least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical/medical device sales may apply.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
