Job Summary
LegUp is looking for a motivated Telecaller Executive to support our sourcing and onboarding efforts. The role involves making outbound calls, identifying potential nanny candidates, and creating accurate profiles in our system. Key Responsibilities
- Make cold calls and outbound calls to source nanny profiles
- Identify and connect with potential candidates from different sources
- Create and update candidate profiles in the system
- Clearly explain job roles and onboarding process to candidates
- Maintain daily call records and follow-up with leads
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful onboarding
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling / outbound process
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic computer knowledge
Language Skills
- Mandatory: English and Hindi
- Additional: Any one regional language
- (Candidate should know at least 3 languages)
