Job Summary
LegUp is looking for a motivated Telecaller Executive to support our sourcing and onboarding efforts. The role involves making outbound calls, identifying potential nanny candidates, and creating accurate profiles in our system. If you are confident in communication and enjoy interacting with people, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Make cold calls and outbound calls to source nanny profiles
- Identify and connect with potential candidates from different sources
- Create and update candidate profiles in the system
- Clearly explain job roles and onboarding process to candidates
- Maintain daily call records and follow-up with leads
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful onboarding
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling / outbound process
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic computer knowledge
Language Skills
- Mandatory: English and Hindi
- Additional: Any one regional language
- (Candidate should know at least 3 languages)
