We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager - Insurance to lead and expand our Point of Sales Person (POSP) network. The role involves driving insurance sales through POSP agents, managing channel performance, and ensuring business growth through effective team management and strategic planning.

Recruit, onboard, and manage POSP (Point of Sales Person) agents to expand the sales network
- Drive insurance sales through POSP channel to achieve business targets
- Provide training, guidance, and continuous support to POSP agents
- Monitor performance of agents and implement strategies to improve productivity
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share
- Maintain strong relationships with agents and key stakeholders
- Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations and customer satisfaction
