Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Operations
- Manage daily website orders and ensure timely order processing.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for smooth dispatches.
- Update product listings, pricing, inventory, and collections on Shopify.
- Monitor stock availability and report inventory discrepancies.
- Assist in launching new products and seasonal collections.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth website operations.
Customer Service
- Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Guide customers regarding sizing, styling, product details, shipping, exchanges, and order status.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on pending customer requests and ensure timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, e-commerce, or retail operations.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Hindi is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working with Shopify, Excel, Google Sheets, and order management systems (training can be provided).
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
- Passion for fashion and understanding of women's apparel is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
