Job Description – Centre Head
Position: Centre Head
Location: EuroKids Pallavi Nagar, Bhopal
Department: Operations & Academics
Reporting To: Franchise Owner / Regional Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Centre Operations
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the preschool.
- Ensure smooth functioning of classrooms, daycare, transport (if applicable), and facilities.
2. Academic Leadership
- Ensure effective implementation of the EuroKids curriculum.
- Observe classroom teaching and provide feedback to teachers.
3. Admissions & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and annual admission targets.
- Handle admission enquiries and conduct school tours.
4. Parent Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with parents.
- Address concerns promptly and professionally.
5. Team Management
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate teachers and support staff.
- Conduct daily briefing meetings.
6. Financial & Administrative Management
- Monitor fee collections and outstanding payments.
- Prepare monthly reports on admissions, revenue, expenses, and centre performance.
7. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure child safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Conduct regular fire and emergency drills.
- Maintain required records and documentation.
- Ensure classrooms and play areas meet prescribed safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
- Degree/Diploma in Education or Early Childhood Education is an advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
