Your typical day will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business requirements. You will be involved in problem-solving and innovation, ensuring that the software solutions are not only functional but also optimized for performance and user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall team performance.
- Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable tasks.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace APM.
- Experience with application performance monitoring and optimization.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud-based environments and deployment strategies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dynatrace APM.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
