Job Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor – Logistics oversees daily operations within the warehouse, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This role is responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and optimizing logistics workflows to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Generate reports on inventory, shipments, and staff performance for management review.
- Ensure proper maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, scanners).
Qualifications
- Any degree ( Preferred immediate joiners)
- 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics supervision
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
