About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Review Management Intern to support our online reputation management initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring customer reviews across various digital platforms and responding professionally on behalf of the organization.
This internship is ideal for candidates who have excellent written communication skills, enjoy professional writing, and are interested in customer experience, digital communication, and brand management. You will gain practical exposure to online reputation management while working closely with experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor customer reviews across platforms such as Google and other online review portals.
- Draft and publish professional responses to positive and negative customer reviews.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all customer interactions.
- Analyze customer feedback to understand concerns and identify recurring issues.
- Escalate sensitive reviews to the appropriate internal teams whenever required.
- Ensure reviews are responded to accurately and within defined timelines.
- Maintain records of review activities and daily progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather relevant information for customer responses.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and the company's online reputation.
Required Skills
