Job Title: HR Placement Executive

Job Summary:
The HR Placement Executive is responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and ensuring successful candidate placements while building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain interview schedules and candidate databases in Excel or ATS.
- Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Track recruitment targets and placement reports.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (any discipline; HR specialization preferred).
- 6MONTH–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR placement (freshers can also apply).
Preferred Knowledge:
- Job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, or LinkedIn.
- Interview coordination and candidate management.
- Basic HR documentation and reporting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
