Job Overview:
We are looking for a confident and result-driven Business Development Manager to manage our newly started Ahmedabad branch. The candidate will handle sales, marketing, team management, and recruitment, and help grow the company’s presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
Manage e-commerce platforms such as eBay and the company website.
Run email marketing campaigns and generate leads.
Build and maintain relationships with clients.
Manage daily operations and team performance.
Conduct interviews and hire BDE, E-commerce Executive, and Lead Generation staff.
Prepare daily reports and share updates with management.
Requirements:
Experience in business development or sales.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (eBay, Shopify, etc.).
Good communication and leadership skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Pay: ₹13,945.13 - ₹58,157.52 per month
Work Location: In person
