What You'll Do:
- Plan, write, and send B2B email marketing campaigns
- Build and manage email lists targeting AUS-NZ, US & European markets
- Write tech-focused email content and subject lines
- A/B test subject lines, content, and send times
- Track open rate, CTR, conversion rate, and reply rate
- Follow up on leads and nurture prospects
- Report campaign results with actionable insights
What You Bring:
- Fresher — no prior experience required
- Basic understanding of email marketing tools and B2B outreach
- Interest in AUS-NZ/US/Europe markets
- Good written English/communication skills
- Data-driven mindset, willing to learn
- Can work independently
- Any personal projects/portfolio a plus
Compensation:
- Base: ₹5,000–₹12,000/month (part-time)
- Performance bonus: ₹40,000 for every successful conversion, per the company's conversion verification criteria
