Counter Sales & Service Associate (Male/Female) – Coffee Shop
Location: KIMS Hospital, Trivandrum
Salary: ₹12,500 – ₹15,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
Serve coffee, tea, snacks, and other counter items to customers.
Handle billing and cash collection accurately.
Maintain daily sales records and submit cash to the Accounts Department.
Keep the counter clean, organized, and customer-friendly.
Assist customers with their orders and provide excellent service.
Monitor stock availability and inform the supervisor about replenishment requirements.
Follow hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Requirements:
Female candidates preferred.
Minimum qualification: Plus Two or above.
Basic cash handling and customer service skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in night shifts.
Experience in a coffee shop, bakery, cafeteria, or retail counter is an added advantage.
