We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Officer to drive sales of Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) catering to the Prime segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, maintaining client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Source and acquire new customers for Home Loan / Loan Against Property (LAP).
Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, references, builders, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Ensure timely processing of applications and documentation.
Maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, and channel partners.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure fast turnaround times.
Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
