Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fresher Civil Engineer to join our construction team. The candidate will assist in site supervision, planning, execution, and monitoring of construction activities while learning industry standards and project management practices.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in daily site supervision and construction activities
- Monitor site progress and report updates to senior engineers
- Check quality of materials and workmanship at the site
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers
- Prepare daily work reports and maintain site records
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at the construction site
- Support quantity estimation and material tracking
- Assist in reviewing drawings and technical documents
- Visit project sites as required
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of construction and civil engineering concepts
- Understanding of AutoCAD and MS Office
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Problem-solving and analytical ability
- Willingness to learn and work on-site
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship experience in construction or real estate projects is an added advantage
- Knowledge of estimation and site execution is preferred
