- Assess and evaluate children with physical and developmental challenges
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child’s needs
- Conduct therapy sessions to improve motor skills, balance, coordination, and strength
- Work closely with parents/caregivers and guide them on home programs
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, etc.)
- Maintain accurate patient records and progress reports
- Ensure a child-friendly and safe therapy environment
