P.S. Rolls Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and experienced CNC Programmer & Operator to join our manufacturing operations in Punjab.

Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2–5 Years (Preferred)
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled professional who can independently handle both CNC programming and machine operation. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing machining programs, performing machine setup, and ensuring consistent, high-quality production with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- CNC programming and machine setup (G-code / M-code)
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Tool selection, speeds, feeds, and machining optimization
- Operating CNC/VMC machines and monitoring production
- Performing tool setting and offset adjustments
- Inspecting finished components using measuring instruments
- Maintaining quality production standards
- Supporting continuous improvement in operations
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes
- Experience in both programming and operating CNC/VMC machines
- Ability to understand engineering drawings
- Knowledge of tooling, tolerances, and machine setup
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience with CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar)
- Manufacturing or production industry experience
Note: Candidates capable of independently managing both CNC programming and machine operation will be given preference.
