We’re Looking for a Women Travel Sales Caller & Lead Conversion Specialist. At Meraki Diaries we don’t just sell holidays. We create meaningful journeys for women journeys that inspire confidence, connection, freedom and discovery. As our community continues to grow, we are looking for a dynamic woman professional who can become the first voice of Meraki Diaries for many travellers.
This role is for someone who loves conversations, understands people deeply and knows how to convert curiosity into trust. The Role Women Travel Sales Caller & Lead Conversion Executive. You will primarily handle:
- Calling and converting leads generated through campaigns, website, social media and all platforms
- Following up with warm enquiries and interested travellers
- Reviving and engaging old databases for sales conversions
- Understanding customer requirements and guiding them towards the right journeys
- Maintaining consistent communication with prospects until closure
- Coordinating internally with the sales and operations teams when required
- Building trust and representing the Meraki Diaries experience with warmth and confidence
This is not a typical tele-calling role. We are looking for someone who understands emotional selling, relationship building and premium customer interaction. Who Would Be a Great Fit We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills Speaks confidently and warmly over calls
- Understands sales psychology & customer handling
- Can build trust with women travellers
- Is proactive, organised & result-oriented. Ability to understand brand positioning & premium experiences
- Is comfortable with follow-ups and consistent lead nurturing
- Has prior experience in sales calling, lead conversion, counselling, customer relationship management or travel sales
- Understands the importance of responsiveness especially during weekends.
Since we are a women-focused travel company, we are specifically looking for someone who understands the category well.
Important Work Requirement
This role requires availability on Saturday and Sunday (Not all the time) as many of our traveller enquiries and conversion calls happen over weekends. Weekly offs can be taken on Monday and Tuesday instead.
Compensation Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (depending on experience and profile)
