Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and set up meetings with potential food and beverage clients, including
restaurants, pubs, cafes, and bakeries, and educate them about our services.
- Prepare and deliver engaging business presentations tailored to the F&B sector.
- Follow-up, negotiate, and close deals with clients in the F&B industry.
- Communicate with colleagues, collaborate, and build rapport to facilitate seamless
transactions and project management.
- Implement marketing strategies and campaigns organized by the department,
specifically designed for the food and beverage market.
- Learn on the job about the best practices in the industry, focusing on food and
beverage sales and marketing.
- Supporting senior marketing executives in organizing various projects.
- Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data specific to the
F&B industry (social media, web analytics, expo, trade fairs etc).
- Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-
financial information.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns
and attend them to facilitate their success.
- Communicate with colleagues, collaborate and build rapport.
- Being responsible not only for generating leads and conversion but also for
nurturing a healthy team relationship.
Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proficiency in English and exquisite communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years experience in food and beverage industry marketing & sales.
- Well-organized with a customer oriented approach.
- Fast learner with a passion for sales within the F&B industry.
- Good with both written and oral communication.
- Strong planning and the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize.
- Patience and concentration.
- Good knowledge of real estate market research techniques and databases.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, and multiple deadlines.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office & CRM software.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Maintain confidentiality.
