Job Description: IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) Company: Ayika Sciences Location: IMT Manesar Sector 6, Udyog Vihar Cybercity Phase 5 Gurgaon, Haryana – 122050 Experience: 1–4 years (Manufacturing Preferred) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for an IPQA Executive to monitor and ensure quality during the manufacturing process of wet wipes. The role involves in-process inspections, documentation, and ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities Perform in-process quality checks during production Monitor compliance with SOPs, GMP, and hygiene standards Inspect raw materials, packing materials, and production lines Record observations and maintain batch manufacturing records (BMR) Identify deviations and report to QA/QC Manager Ensure proper line clearance and documentation Support audits and inspections Coordinate with production team for quality improvements Required Skills Knowledge of IPQA processes in manufacturing Understanding of GMP and hygiene practices Attention to detail and observation skills Basic documentation and reporting skills Good communication and coordination ability Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Science (Chemistry / Microbiology / Biotechnology) Experience in FMCG / Personal Care / Wet Wipes manufacturing Knowledge of quality documentation and audits What We Offer Growth opportunities in quality domain Hands-on manufacturing exposure Supportive work environment Learning and development opportunitie
