To support & strengthen ROC & Companies Act, 2013 compliance by maintaining accurate records, assisting in filings and providing advisory.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare & Maintain ROC compliance calendar and due date tracker.
· Assist in preparation & filing of applicable ROC forms.
· Maintain and update Statutory registers, director & Shareholding records.
· Organise and maintain all past MCA filings and ROC forms.
· Prepare board resolutions, notices and basic corporate documents.
· Coordination with Management and inter – department collaboration.
· Assist in legal and risk compliance in the funding process.
Requirements:
· CS Executive passed / Recently Qualified CS Executive
· Strong knowledge in Companies Act, 2013.
· Basic knowledge and exposure in MCA portal.
· Good communication and drafting skills in English.
· Curiosity and open mindedness to learn and improve.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
