Key Responsibilities.
Brand Strategy & Growth.
* Define long-term brand strategy for every brand within the Snackstar portfolio.
* Develop differentiated positioning, pricing, and launch strategies for the Indian market.
* Lead integrated 360° campaigns across digital, retail, PR, influencer marketing, and experiential channels.
* Build strong emotional connections between consumers and our brands. Product Launch & Commercial Marketing.
* Lead end-to-end launch planning for international brands entering India.
* Build GTM strategies across Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, Modern Trade, General Trade, and D2C.
* Drive category growth through merchandising, retail visibility, promotions, and shopper marketing.
* Partner with sales teams to maximise sell-out and platform performance. Performance & Digital Marketing.
* Lead paid media, SEO, marketplace growth, CRM, email marketing, and performance marketing.
* Improve product discoverability, search ranking, PDP optimisation, and conversion across eCommerce platforms.
* Own consumer acquisition, retention, and repeat purchase strategies. Influencer & Brand Communications.
* Build influencer partnerships that generate authentic consumer conversations.
* Lead PR initiatives, media relationships, creator collaborations, and brand storytelling.
* Ensure consistent brand communication across every consumer touchpoint. Business & Leadership.
* Own annual marketing budgets and ROI.
* Build scalable reporting frameworks with measurable KPIs.
* Translate consumer insights into actionable commercial opportunities.
* Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team while managing agency partners.
What Will You Need to Succeed?
Qualifications & Experience:
8+ years of experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Brands, Retail, eCommerce, or D2C.
Proven experience launching and scaling consumer brands.
Strong understanding of quick commerce, modern retail, digital commerce, and omnichannel marketing.
Commercial mindset with experience managing marketing budgets and P&L.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Strong analytical thinking with a balance of creativity and commercial execution.
Pay: ₹60,064.25 - ₹80,959.45 per month
