- Project Leadership: Lead design teams, manage projects end-to-end, coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineers, consultants).
- Design & Technical Oversight: Develop concepts, create/review blueprints, ensure compliance with codes, standards, and sustainability goals.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Understand client needs, present proposals, act as a primary contact, and manage expectations.
- Project Management: Control timelines, budgets, resources, quality, and constructability.
- Mentorship: Supervise junior architects, provide technical guidance, and foster professional development.
- Technical Expertise: Serve as a resource for complex problem-solving, code analysis, and production documentation.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Architecture.
- Licensure: Licensed Architect (preferred).
- Experience: Proven track record, often 3+ years, leading complex projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, 3D modelling, BIM, rendering.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge: Building codes, construction methods, and sustainability principles.
