Position Summary
We are seeking dynamic and detail-oriented AR Executives / Senior Executives to manage the Accounts Receivable process for US Healthcare providers. The role involves resolving outstanding insurance claims, reducing ageing receivables, maximizing collections, and ensuring timely reimbursement while maintaining compliance with payer guidelines and HIPAA standards.
Experience
- AR Executive: 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare AR.
- Senior Executive: 3–5 years of experience in US Healthcare AR with exposure to complex claim resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on unpaid and denied insurance claims with US insurance companies.
- Analyse claim denials and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Resolve underpayments, rejections, and payment discrepancies.
- Work on ageing reports to maximise collections and reduce AR days.
- Document account activities accurately in the billing system.
- Meet productivity and quality targets while adhering to SLAs.
- Coordinate with internal teams for claim corrections and resubmissions.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and client-specific guidelines.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial insurance payers.
- Familiarity with denial management, appeals, and payment posting concepts.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).

- Productivity and quality targets.
- Collection and recovery percentage.
- Reduction in ageing inventory.
- First-pass resolution rate.
- SLA adherence.
- Accuracy in documentation and account updates.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience with leading Practice Management (PM) and EMR systems is preferred.
- CPC certification or relevant US Healthcare certifications will be an added advantage.
