- Lead Generation & Calling: Make high-volume outbound calls to targeted lists of prospects.
- Needs Analysis: Assess the customer's financial situation to determine their eligibility and recommend the best loan product.
- Pitch & Overcome Objections: Explain interest rates, processing fees, and benefits while addressing any customer hesitations.
- Documentation & Follow-Up: Collect required documents (like KYC and income proof) and constantly follow up with leads until the loan is disbursed.Key Skills Required
- Clear Communication: Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in regional languages and English.
- Active Listening: The ability to understand the customer’s financial needs and tailor the pitch accordingly.
- Resilience: Patience and a positive attitude to handle rejections and meet daily or monthly sales targets.
- Basic Financial Knowledge: Understanding of Credit Information Bureau (CIBIL) scores, interest rates, and EMI structures.
