Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer Order Management In this role we are looking for professionals who are experienced in Order Management profiles. Responsibilities: - Order processing: Receive and validate orders for hardware and subscriptions ensuring all details are accurate. - Inventory management: Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of hardware for timely fulfilment. - Subscription activation: Manage the activation process for subscription services ensuring seamless access for customers. - Customer communication: Maintain clear communication with customers regarding order status delivery timelines and any issues. - Issue resolution: Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders promptly. - Data entry: Accurately enter order details into the system for tracking and reporting purposes. - Collaboration: Work closely with sales logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing. - Reporting: Generate reports on order status inventory levels and subscription activations for management review. - Compliance: Ensure all orders comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
