Key Responsibility:
1. Marketplace Management:
- Oversee daily operations of Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, and Etsy accounts.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.
- Monitor account health, performance metrics, and resolve issues promptly.
2. Product Optimization:
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to optimize product titles, descriptions, and backend search terms.
- Enhance product visibility through SEO driven content and listing improvements.
- Regularly update product details to align with customer queries and market trends.
3. Growth & Strategy:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market share in the USA.
- Analyze competitor listings, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Implement effective campaigns, promotions, and advertising initiatives.
4. Customer Engagement:
- Handle customer queries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Improve customer satisfaction through clear communication and tiemly resolution.
- Gather insights from customer feedback to refine product offerings.
5. Reporting & Analysis
- Track and report marketplace performance, highlighting growth metrics.
- Provide actionable insights to management for decision-making.
- Maintain dashboards and documentation for ongoing performance montoring.
