Job Description: Junior Architect
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our design team. In this role, you will support senior architects through all phases of a project—from initial schematic design and 3D modeling to the production of comprehensive construction documents. This is an ideal position for a motivated professional looking to bridge the gap between academic theory and practical, high-impact architectural practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Support: Assist in developing design concepts, sketches, and 3D renderings for client presentations.
- Technical Drafting: Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details using BIM software.
- Project Documentation: Maintain organized project files and assist in the preparation of specifications and permit sets.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP) and internal teams to ensure design integrity.
- Site Visits: Participate in site surveys and progress observations to ensure construction aligns with design intent.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhino. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and rendering tools (Enscape, V-Ray, or Lumion) is highly preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of building codes, zoning ordinances, and sustainable design principles.
- Soft Skills: Strong visual and verbal communication, a proactive attitude toward problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
