Project Manager – Real Estate & Infrastructure
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage Real Estate & Infrastructure projects.
Qualification:
- BE / B. Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience:
- 6–8 years in Real Estate & Infrastructure project execution
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor construction & infrastructure projects
- Manage budgets, timelines, and contractor performance
- Oversee site execution, quality, and safety compliance
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and statutory authorities
- Ensure timely project completion within approved cost
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Budget & cost control expertise
- Knowledge of infrastructure works (roads, drainage, utilities, etc.)
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
