The Role
We are looking for a high-impact Sales Executive to join our team. This is not just a sales role; it is a consultative position where you will partner with businesses to diagnose their operational gaps and sell a roadmap to transformation. You will be responsible for bringing on new clients and pitching our unique three-tier business growth model.
What You’ll Be Selling: The SHM Plan
You will be the face of our client-transformation strategy, introducing them to our proprietary engagement model.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and connect with business owners, CEOs, leaders of small-to-mid-sized enterprises needing structural transformation.
- Consultative Sales: Conduct needs-analysis meetings to understand a prospect's operational pain points and effectively map our 3-tier transformation roadmap to their specific needs.
- Solution Pitching: Clearly articulate the value of Prodigy’s outsourced partnership model, explaining how we transition clients from "chaotic" to "structured" to "scalable."
- Relationship Management: Manage the sales lifecycle from initial outreach and pitch to contract negotiation and onboarding.
- Reporting & Strategy: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management using our internal communication and tracking tools (e.g., Slack, CRM).
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in a Sales or Business Development role (B2B sales experience is highly preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or a related business field).
- Communication: Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal. You must be able to communicate complex business strategies with clarity and authority.
- Business Acumen: A strong understanding of how businesses operate (HR, sales, operations, marketing). You should be able to "speak the language" of business owners.
- Drive: A hunter mindset with the persistence to open doors and the empathy to guide clients through their transformation journey.
